Barrel electroplating for automotive and non automotive parts. Zinc, zinc nickel, zinc iron, copper nickel, nickel chrome, tin and phosphating, all under one roof in Rohtak.
The plating unit of the group
Riya Enterprises is the group's electroplating unit, running barrel plating lines for automotive and non automotive components. Between the acid and alkaline zinc lines and the alloy systems, most corrosion and appearance specifications can be met in house, with cleaning, phosphating and polishing available alongside.
Barrel plating suits fasteners: the parts tumble as they plate, so the deposit lands evenly on every face of every piece in the load rather than building up on the outward facing surfaces alone.

The same part, out of the barrel
Drag the handle. Bare steel on the left, bright zinc plated on the right: one trip through the barrel line.

Checked before it leaves
Plating is only worth what the test report says it is worth. Thickness and corrosion resistance are measured in house, so a batch is signed off here rather than at your incoming inspection.

Plating customers
Fastener makers and component manufacturers who send work in on a job work basis, alongside the group’s own parts.
Send a batch for plating
Tell us the part, the substrate and the finish or salt spray figure on the drawing, and we will tell you which line it runs on.
