Everything below runs regularly, so tooling already exists and lead times are short. This is not the whole list. Sizes and types outside it are usually still possible, and specials to print are routine.
The manufacturing envelope
- Manufactured to ISO standards, or exactly to your drawing.
- Cold forged nuts and specials: M4 to M14 standard, out to M40 on drawing.
- Grub screws in metric and inch: M6 to M12, plus BSW and UNC.
- Turning, VMC and tapping lines for the machined features.
- Forging and turning from 2 mm to 60 mm diameter.
- Blackening, zinc plating, zinc flake coating and pre-applied, all inside the group.

Critical and specialised components get cold forged first and finished on the CNCs after, which keeps the grain flow intact and the tolerances tight. Our new product development work is mostly this: taking a print that has always been machined and finding the forging route for it.
