Modern management, ordinary discipline
PR Products makes forged and precision turned components in a range of forms and sizes. The plant sits on Hissar Road in Rohtak, roughly four kilometres from the railway station and the bus stand, which matters more than it sounds when a customer wants to walk the floor at short notice.
We have spent the past decade and a half narrowing rather than widening: cold forged nuts, specials, turned components, and the surface treatments that go with them. The group runs a settled relationship between the shop floor and the office, and a fair number of the operators have been here long enough to have trained their own replacements.
What a buyer gets out of that is dull consistency. The same people, the same machines, the same lab signing the same reports, batch after batch.
One unit at a time

PR Products opens on Hissar Road with a small forging shop and a short customer list.
Forging and turning together
CNC turning and a tool room come in alongside the formers, so complex parts finish under one roof.
Pre-applied arrives
PR Preapplied Services is set up as Tecnologic 3's authorised partner in India.
Coating comes in-house
Riya Zinc Flake Coatings begins applying GEOPERT and BLACKPERT, closing the last outsourced step.
Another unit on the road
PR Fasteners opens on Plot 208 at Khutana, adding manufacturing capacity beside the original shop.
