Added capacity, same quality system
PR Fasteners opened in 2024 on Plot 208, a short walk from the original forging shop. It runs a nut forming line on the same range as the founding unit, which means a schedule can be split across both plants when a programme needs the room.
It sits inside the same group structure as the rest: the same incoming material control, the same lab signing off the parts, and finished work that moves straight into zinc flake coating or pre-applied thread treatment without leaving Hissar Road.

PR Fasteners is the first station on a route that stays inside the group. Nothing is sent out for coating, treatment or testing.
- 01Forming at Plot 208
Wire rod is cold formed into nut blanks on the line here, on the same range as PR Products.
- 02Tapping
Threads are cut and gauged, with thread plug gauges and the profile projector on the floor.
- 03Lab release
Hardness, dimensions and thread form are checked and recorded before the batch moves on.
- 04Coating
Barrel plating at Riya Enterprises or zinc flake at Riya Zinc Flake, chosen by the drawing.
- 05Pre-applied treatment
Threadlocker, sealant or nylon patch applied at PR Preapplied Services when the part calls for it.
- 06Packed and shipped
One test report, one supplier, one road in Rohtak.
